insightful business coaching dialogues in German or English. I am a business coach and trainer and work with managers who want to gain clarity and boost their development on a professional and personal level. Having graduated as a linguist and communication scientist I continued my career as an international IT project manager. I also worked as a team leader in professional services, as a process manager in organizational development and as a strategic buyer. I am a certified business trainer and executive coach from DBVC (Deutscher Bundesverband für Coaching).
We are used to solving our problems both in work and private lives. Sometimes our flow gets interrupted and we don´t know what step to take next. This is when business coaching becomes interesting.
Coaching makes sense when thinking alone doesn`t help. When our strategies do not apply any more, when we feel that we have to move forward but we don´t know how or where to go.
